The original army base was always unrealistically small. You do clean it up and the roads are an improvement, but the modular bases are better I think. I incorporated the Maxis base into my much larger modular base. 2.5/5.

Shouldn't the main file for this end with .zip? I tried downloading it, but couldn't open/unpack it. file wasn't recognised.

You don't open the file, you save it to your plugins folder, i stated that in the description

I will see if i can put my lots in a ZIP file

The Army Transport Expansion mod seems to have been removed. Is there any other way to get the required dependency mod?
