Hey, thanks gentlemen. I am inspired now. I always wanted to be an architect but I chose music over college. Now I can be a Sim Architect. Tell me though, why should it be in the BAT section? Isn't it a LOT?

I just downloaded this and all I got was a lot file.

LEX means you didn't make a new building, BEX means you BAT'd something up for it. i love the improvements.

All you have here is a lot file....we need the model file!

I really love the looks of this building. It was one of the first that I downloaded. However I'm still waiting for it to work. All I see when I place the building is the big brown dreaded Simtropolis box! Can anyone help?
