This is the first lot in the Ritz project (and my first Lot/Bat Ever).
It's a landmark but if you like it, I recommend you to convert it to a growable CS. Use the Plugin manager for this. I also recommend you to zone in a european way if you use this lot. If you want to build an european city it's necessary.
All the Cs-lots in this project has
the following characteristics:
*Old european buildings (mostly from the 19th century)
*The buildings has a standard height. (like hausmann project in Paris)
*The buildings should be attached to the neighbourbuilding.
*Wide sidewalks for tourists and other pedestrians. (like a boulevard)
*Dark Roof (not bronze or red, those colours are for R and Co)
*Lots of pubs.
*Lots of Restaurants.
*Lots of Cafe's.
*Lots of Nightclubs.
