when i download this i dont know where i put the file can anyone help i put the file in Plugins from the simcity4 file but then i go play the game it is no where to be found

hmm it isnt working as i have downloaded and kept it in plugins yet i cant see it any where in the game options not even in landmarks or parks and other places can u tell what the reason behind this ????

extract with folder, put in Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins\

i.e : mine is :

C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4 Deluxe\Plugins\Money11
