This is a, smaller than the Maxis, Water Purification Plant with a size of 4x2.
The file actually includes two lots; one with the same specs as the Maxis plant and one double as powerful.
Small water purification plant:
Plop cost: § 15.000
Monthly cost: § 350
Bulldoze cost: § 1.350
Pollution at center for water: -300
Pollution radii: 48
Pollution at outer edge of circle: -250
Small water purification plant (stronger):
Plop cost: § 30.000
Monthly cost: 500
Bulldoze cost: § 2.000
Pollution at center for water: -600
Pollution radii: 96
Pollution at outer edge of circle: -500
IMPORTANT:
You cannot use both lots at the same time. You need to put only the one you want to use in your plugins folder.

Honestly I must thank nitrocat for the idea for this lot. A week ago i was searching for a smaller water purification plant and his plant was the only one i could find. But I was not quite pleased with the looks of it (no offense) so I decided to try and make one by myself. Before this I already edited many BATs I downloaded from here, but that was mostly about some specs, I want the buildings to relatively fit in well, compared to other already excisting buildings.
So ye, this is the first lot I made myself, while making it i wanted it to look a bit like the Maxis water purification plant.
