Acceptable, though in addition to the fences I'll plop a Gatehouse alongside it. Still, good effort and good idea. Decent Army barracks are sadly scarse on here and rather frequent in old european towns. Last, (just as said before) instead of having the road run straight through it I'ld prefer it along the front with a TE'd entrance gate.
