Pretty nice idea, but anyone can do that. I would advise opening up your own Lot Editor thread in the Lot Editor and plugin manager sub-forum of the Sim City 4 Builders forum. ;)

What is the point of posting helpful comments when you don't even take the advice into consideration. NO ONE wants Maxis reLots. If you must use Maxis material, at least make the LOTS look appealing and unique. Oh.. and as I said in comment section of your last upload: Open a Lot Thread and get FEEDBACK. 1/5 for lack of originality and substance. If I could give a 0.. I would have.

Most small towns in the US have their Town Halls housed under the same roof with their respective police departments; can you come up with this combination?

cascer1- you should unzip the file into your simcity 4 plugins folder

also, i'm working on a park pack that will be transit enabled and after that i will be working on other civic buildings and a police/town hall would fit perfectly wes-janson- i have opened a thread and i don't want to deal with BAT, it takes to much space, and if now one wants them then why have people downloaded them, exactly shutup

Here's a good bit of advice: you've got a lot thread, check out some of the custom civic stuff and experiment with re-lotting those buildings. Everyone has "been there, done that" with Maxis created stuff. If you relot custom stuff you'll find yourself getting a lot more downloads and much better (read: positive) feedback. Just make sure you credit authors and identify dependencies, and you'll do really well.

I think this is quite good, but i would like to see something like this which looks more original, as thousands of people have done what you have done. Anyway yours was the first i found so ill probably download it
