Great work, sweeeet building. Maybe one or two less heli pads would be cool if you could swap them out with a patio, restaurant, garden type roof. your hard work shows though, nice

looks okay :) 2 hours isn't that much ;) I spend an average of 5 hours on my lots, but a lot of that is for the GUI I guess

This is slightly better than the Res Towers but still could use improvement. A 5 for effort.

If the point of your lots is to build up, rather than out, then why is there such a freakin big plaza?!? And two hours isn't a lot of time. The average amount of time I spend on my resorts and condominiums is about 7-8 hrs.

takes up too much space and too little residential. Aim for at least 5000 or more xapacity next time.

You only put many houses on one area, that
