Replacement seaport 1.0

i think it should be MUCK bigger, like the ones that are on the water, but this is ok 4 stars :)

It would be alot better if you didn't replace the seaport. Some people might like maxis seaports better than this and vise versa. But PLEASE open up a lotting tread, all of us been telling you so you can create better lots.

Nothing too special, although about par for the rest of your work. Could be bigger and more unique properties for it. It is a tad bit better for the default maxis seaport, but not by much. But keep trying.

I think this is not better than the Maxis seaport, so I will not download it and replace it. In other words, it is not useful for me. As far as relot goes, we have seen worse.

I agree with kendiecasttsoi. Yes, I-correction- we have seen worse.

Yeah this isn't bad. As suggested maybe this as an additional seaport and not a replacement and then a version that works with PEG's seaport controller. Some of his ships would look good as a part of this. Keep up the good work!!!

for a replacement its good, i think its similar the maxis seaport, but its great and work well
