Franklin Estuary -- viewers of my city journal, Franklin County, have undoubtedly seen it. What it is is a region southeast of the "prime" Franklin region, which the state of Franklin acquired some months ago. It used to have development on it, but due to a recent computer crash on my part, it was wiped from existence. So, I reconstructed it.
This map is the terraformed-only, undeveloped Franklin Estuary, and I am now making it avaliable for download for all to use as they see fit.
The map was made with SC4Terraformer, and thus is contained within a .SC4M file. You need to download SC4Terraformer to open the file and use it on a region. SC4Terraformer is avaliable in the Modds section of Simtropolis.
To install this map, first create a region in your "Regions" folder (located in "My Documents"). Then take the "config" file located in the ZIP folder, and drag it into your region folder. After that, go to SC4Terraformer and open the new region. Then load the .SC4M file into the region, and save the region. Now you've successfully installed the map. You can subsequently do what you will with the map at this point.
