After a long land reclamation project to expand the Manila Bay Area, the Philippine government has created a new, expanded Manila Bay that extends into the central parts of the province of Pampanga. Islands where the Clark Air Base stand are completely built from the new bay.The process of development has just begun.)
This map shows what happens when the Philippine government has decided to create a 20-year land reclamation project in Manila Bay. The result: an expanded Manila Bay that looks like the combination of Tokyo & Manila that extentds into central Pampanga.
