This is an old set of four lots that I created before the BAT was available and I never really thought of uploading. Right now I am doing some cleaning in my Nexis of Genesis Pluginsfolder and find all kinds of useful old lots, and instead of throwing them away (delete) maybe some of you would like to have them....lol.
I use these lots usually as a Founder's Park in some of my cities, but actually it is a Landmark and can be found right on the beginning (top) of the LM menu.
There are 4 Versions included (see pictures). All 2x2 and only a little different from each other. Mostly the groundtextures have been changed so I could adopt it to most downtown-styles. Choose either textures or keep them all. The files are named as for the textures for easy identification.
Versions included are:
-Cement ground
-Tile ground
-Red Brick ground
-Brown Brick ground
They all have a plopcost of 110 Simoleons, Maintenance cost 36 S (well someone has to clean the birdsh** off it), it needs electricity (Nightlights) and water (for the birds) and cost 22 S to bulldoze. Oh, and it grows when plopped and I never found out why (just happened so)......lol.
No dependencies as always. All you need is the game. Have Fun with Nexis.
