A nice volunteer fire house for the sleepy areas of your city. Complete with satellite TV for the volunteers to pass the time between fires. Lower initial cost and monthly cost because it is manned by volunteers. Slightly more garbage is produced as well. Same amount of fire trucks as the small fire station because I dont have the proper program to edit that kind of stuff.
