This memorialparkcollection is my first content made for SimCity 4 RH.
Did a sim in your city develope a cure for cancer, or maybe made peace with a previously regarded hostile neighbour? Chances are that in fact you got so many good people you want to be remembered, that you create your own walk of fame, but with statues? Either way this Memorial Park Collection may be the solution for those needs. Name them after just those special sims, your citizens will appreciate it, guaranteed.
Becouse these memorials are more than just aesthetically pleasing objects at the sparse size of one plot. They also have the following attributes:
- Satisfies 1000 S amenities, 1000 SS amenities, 1000 SSS amenities.
- Residential Desirability 50/50
- Commercial Desirability 50/50
- HQ Boost = 20
- EQ Boost = 40
They generate no pollution or garbage and do not need neither power nor water.
The costs are:
- Plop Cost 100 simoleons
- Bulldoze Cost 50 simoleons (becouse sims may not want this particular memorial to be bulldozed)
- Monthly Cost 2 simoleons
