This modd will chage the defualt beach texture of simcity4 to the color shown in the picture.
Make sure have no other beach mods installed before using this
Unzip into your Mydocuments>Simcity4>plugins folder
We recomend that you create a folder called SimtropiaProductions to keep all of our work in.
