Well, here's an incomplete BAT model I created(and it's my first BAT). It's a 21-story office tower called Leon Center. If someone could tweak the textures, add roof junk and other minute details, nighlights, and renders, that would be appreciated. Email me at slericon@gmail.com if you would like to do this, and send me the model and render when you're done with it. Please do not redistribute this model without my permission(personal use only).
