I really liked my park the way it was, but I felt like I wanted to do a piece with plenty of detail that would fill in the gap between the plaza and the country club. I was driving my wife to work and passed the community rose garden, and then it hit me. I present a wonderful 9x9 rose garden for your city. It costs 80 to plop and 25 for upkeep. It affects both commercial and residential desireability. Careful, due to the chemicals involved in the gardening it creates 2 water pollution. However, it takes away 5 air pollution. I hope some of you have room in your city for this piece. I know it's going into all of mine!
