As Simfan34 & Shinnie said above, it would be great with an in-game pic. Maybe the flag should be neutral? Anyways, the building is pretty cool for a first try, keep 'em commin' ;)

I'll give you an advice --> You will get more download numbers if you provide statistics about your lot, any dependencies and an in-game day-time picture! No rating for now, as I can't judge much from the pictures right now. I don't mind the flag though!

God! Don't rate lower because of a flag! I hate that, it always happens that people rate based on criteria that have nothing to do with the workmanship of the project. By the way looks great but would love to see it in game.

I also think that rating for the selected flag is quite dumb, and would also like to see ingame pics. Btw, the flag has any wind effect? or is it a solid rectangle? The model looks very good, looking forward to see the textures and size, props (basicly the ingame visual) will rate later

Hello Hefei - You should consider Bixels advise or start a thread in the 'custom content - bat open discussion' forum. You can present pictures of your work in progress and there are a lot of people who can give constructive critique and also a lot of folk who will be helpful and answer your questions.

Thanks!I'll put the in-game pic uploading here!About the flag I'm very sorry,it' is a goverment building so I think located a flag there maybe looked more realistic.You can download this file and unzipped to C:\Documents and Settings\"yourname"\My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins ,then,you can find it in the game menu of Landmark!
