Little Story:
When colonist ships set sail for the 2nd New World, little did they know that they would find a plot of land with enough potential that the colonists themselves saw the land's vast future ahead of it, and it became Georgetown.
Centuries after, what once was a farming community is now a mega-metropolis sprawling from the edge of the sea deep into the bowles of San Portello. New York herself couldn't match it, and neither could the city's accopanying casino, which was overpowered by Las Ventura's very own Georgetown, Georgetown casino...
This sign is the part of the Georgetown, Georgetown Hotel & Casino, please note the sign and indeed the up-and-coming casino are MY VERSIONS of the New York, New York Hotel & Casino, so it is only based on the complex. There are no dependencies that I know of, but if there is any, they can be found here.
This sign reduces a small amount of air pollution (Due to it being a park).
It requires no services, as it derives its power via solar energy thanks to the minature buildings attached to it, and the panels have their own internal water thus no external water service is required either.
The park effect & landmark effects are defalt to the game, thus produce the same amounts as a regular park (I think...).
This sign will be a dependency if you prefer to have the same colouring of lighting (I will provide 2 extra versions with the main batch with the casino, I will tell you how to select them). However, this will not be a dependency if you wish to use the ones provided with the up-and-coming complex...
The lots in my opinion are reaching above average status, but in your eyes I hope it's an improvement as well as being a good teaser...
