TheAurotal Condos give some modern, suburbian, european touch to everycity they stand in. So the Aurotal Condos have an example from easternBerlin (Treptow), where a building boom came up shortly after the fallof the Berlin Wall. Many houses like this were build to raise theliving quality and they reached it. The name "Aurotal" is a city fromthe current inSims.de Multiplayer , it grew there first. The AurotalCondos houses up to 100 R$$ sims on a 4x4 Lot.
The model is done by the ISAT Novice andreue and is his first BAT, StephHerb modded it and made the Lot, thanks for this!
