About This File
This is a map of theisland of Singapore. It is a very large map (46 x 30 km), so beprepared for a long render time. I am also releasing Singapore inquadrants.
Instructions:
1) Create a new folder called Singapore in your ..My DocumentsSimCity 4Regions directory.
2) Download the config.bmp file and place it in the new folder
3) Download the singapore.jpg file and remember where you downloaded it to.
4) Run your SimCity 4 game
5) Open the Singapore Region
6) On your keyboard, press and hold down 'ctrl' + 'alt' + 'shift' + 'r'--this should bring up a dialogue box
7) Browse to the folder that you downloaded singapore.jpg to, find "singapore.jpg", and open this file.
8) This should start the rendering. BE PATIENT. This is a large map and will likely take between 1 and 5 hours.
