desirability bug reported, therefore fixed
i decided to reupload this file because a desirability bug was found.
Opsie human error happens with the best of us 
bug was fixed, download the Park Pack FIX
Park Pack FIX
Installation:
Extract All the files inside SimCity4 Plugins Folder located inside your "My Documents folder:
(ex. C:Documents and SettingsMy DocumentsSim City 4)
you may replace the old files with the new ones
if you dont have the old files just download the FIX it still works, and if you have the parks already plopped in one of your cities, bulldoze the parks and plop them again.
