Realistic Resident Mod by N&R Productions
This mod by newy2 and rustawilliams (N and R) reduces the numbers of residents in low-density residential homes to much more realistic numbers. These numbers are on average reduced by two thirds eg. if originally a building had 12 people living in it, 3 people would be residing there. There has only been one problem in beta testing and that is that the population shown in old cities (cities produced before the application of the mod) doesnot change, however all other effects stay the same.
Now, after talking to soem people, I think I need to say that throughout beta testing, the commute times of residents did not suffer at all the only change was that now, urban areas will now have to be bigger. This defies what some people believe which is that the no job zots will increase with this mod. To see this defied all you need to do is look at the only example of a CJ with this mod, Lillford Pass, at http://www.simvision.net/forum/showthread.php?t=665.
Overall:
Effect: Low-density residents reduced by a third.
Deficiencies: No effect on population box for old cities
