This is my first lot. Hope you like it. ALTX came up with the idea, and I decided to create this nuclear park. This once functional power plant has been decommissioned by the government, but the land has been reclaimed and turned into a beautiful park for all sims to enjoy! The specs are as follows:

$150 a month to maintain
