M's Block, Akihabara, Tokyo Another block in Akihabara, which I named M's block considering M's has been the constant tenant here through the past few decades. M's is a rather infamous shop that sells... 18+ things, but this block also has tons of significance with the electronics store in the back end that has a very 1980s facade with glass escalators, with tenants being first a Sato Musen, then a Yamada/Labi store (who merged with Sato Musen), and now one of the four Sofmap stores in Akihabara. The back of this building, and this entire block really, is representative of the 1980s Japanese economic boom and post-modern Japanese architecture. The building next to it is an arcade, but was once a store, Megane Super, that sold eyeglasses. It then became a Sega arcade, which then rebranded into Gigo, before it became Namco's first arcade in the area. The Namco wasn't built until the 2020s but I did a 2010s version with it just because. I made a 2000s, a 2010s, and a 2020s version of this block. The 2010s has two versions for each arcade represented, as Yamada/Labi had a cobranded store with Tsukumo for a year. Other tenants include various karaoke bars and maid cafes, AU cellphone shop, Liberty Anime, Surugaya Anime, Card World Tower, Sagawa logistics, Yamato logistics, Aiful/MoneyExchange (2010s/2020s), Pablo Mini (2010s), a ticketing kiosk (2020s), the old Bluelamm (2000s only), and a souvenir/money exchange store. Gyu-Kaku, an office for Ichigo, and Maidreamin are tenants within the arcade. Namco's arcade specifically has a Bandai Gachapon floor as well while this Sega/Gigo had a first floor cafe. Also included are a Nitori Furniture, Mos Burger and a Wendy's First Kitchen (not really in the building but I wanted them for my cities). CS$$8 Corner lot, but it is preferred to have roads or pedmalls around this entire lot rather than having it wall to wall next to another building. There are eight different growable versions of this block: 2000s - Sato Musen/Megane Super 2010s - Labi-Gigo 2010s - Labi-Tsukumo-Gigo 2010s - Labi-Namco 2010s - Labi-Tsukumo-Namco 2010s - Labi-Sega 2010s - Labi-Tsukumo-Sega 2020s - Sofmap-Namco Each are separated by folder so you can pick and choose which ones you want. I also did a CS$$ plop for each version in general (three total). No dependencies.
