I have the rush hour expansion pack and the website said there is train disaters but in the game there is no train wrecks option anyone have this problem?

Where do you guys get those turning lanes for the ave's? can someone give me a link for them?

I don't know how to get the ability to make roads like highways, I downloaded the NAM but I still dont know how to make highways any help will be apreciated.
