    And to help you find the above, I found this in the forum... 2. You have to be registered with Simcity4 (https://community.simtropolis.com/sc4-maxis-files/) to have access to these files. There you can find them by going to SC4.....Cool stuff.....Tools....LotEditor and then download: Rush Hour Building as Props Download - 71Kb AND SimCity 4 Building as Props Download - 300Kb

    For those seeing a blank lot, note that the readme included in the zip states the following dependencies: ---Requirements--- Bldng_props1.dat,Bldng_props2.dat (can be found at official simcity 4 website) This may also require the 'Random Billboards' lot from Simtropolis exchange.
