hello people, hopefully you can help me. I used to play SC4 for hours on end. Now bought it again on Steam and it's great to play it again. But, the game crashes constantly for me. Not at the same time every time, but completely Random. Game freezes and sound gets stuck in a loop. keyboard and windows etc continue to work, but I cannot close or operate the game. A reset of the PC is required to continue. Bought SC4 on steam and my PC with windows 10 is fine as far as I know. I don't have this with other games. I entered the following command "-CPUCount:1" in the start options of Steam, but unfortunately that makes no difference. I've done a lot of searching, but unfortunately I only come across very old messages that don't help me much. Can you help me?

Ulisse Wolf, Thanks for the video. I've tried it several times now and it still hasn't worked. I'm constantly stuck on downloads. a lot of downloads are apparently not available. And the Italian doesn't fully cooperate either as the subtitles are not translated correctly. Will it be available in English soon, perhaps with new download links?

hello everyone, a dutchman here. I used to always play SimCity and now years later I happened to see it on Steam and couldn't resist the temptation to happily continue after all these years. Hopefully I can learn a lot about SC4 here
