I'm not exactly sure what I'm suppose to say here. I've been playing SimCity Cities of Tomorrow for a few weeks now. (Actually started in 2017 but started spending all my game time to World of Warcraft. I just recently got kind of bored with that, still play it but not as epic, and came back to SimCity.) I'm finding a tad frustration in that I can't find a manual to explain how certain aspects of the game works. Such as that message line that pops up at the top of my screen, "Police arrest criminal to a greatfull (name of the city)". Or, "Blaze burns building down, hope it's not your home. More at 11." I'm trying to find where I can read the past messages as some go by so fast I can't read them all the way though. And I really don't understand that RCI thing. Nothing I do seems to keep a balance. Hope this was what I was suppose to do for the introduction.
