I cannot place anything beyond the original borders and when I do no matter how many save and restart I go through they never work right if attached beyond the borders to a building placed within, the ground does not change to building upgrades attached beyond the border and when placing upgrades am able to plot them on top of each other, I lose the limit count for multiplacement upgrades and for some reason the Ore mining facilities no longer detect the ore layer of the map coding and claim to have none when placed on nodes visible in the ore layer map view. honestly this mod breaks so much more than it adds and is full of bugs to the things it says it adds to it. I am running Win 10 on a i7 Dual core with SimCity installed on the SSD as the OS with a 2GB 760GTX video card and 32GB of RAM
