I need some advice.
I have been out of the PC desktop world (at home) for some time and I have been getting the bug to start playing games like Cities and SimCity (I have not played in several years). I really am lost when it comes to specs needed. My main purpose for the pc itself would be for games like this and downloading mods. My laptop serves my needs for all other work that I do from home. I don''t have an interest in any other type of gaming other than these city building types.
So... if my budget was 1,000 - 1.500 USD what would you recommend on specs with PC etc. and monitor.
