    One of my favorite buildings in real life, I wish that there was also a growable R$$$ version and that it looked more realistic and had less dependencies. (Other lot sizes would be nice too, like a 12x12, even if it has to overhang a bit.)

    One of my favorite buildings in real life, I just wish that there were growable R$$$ and CS$$/CO$$$ versions and plopable CS$$/CO$$$ versions, possibly all in other lot sizes as well. (6x6 would be great, if it would fit.) I also would be very nice if this one looked a little more like the original (without requiring other files).

    This is one of my favorite starting buildings, to get the R$ out of the way. I wish that there were other good looking R$ buildings. (also in other sizes)
