    IMO - It doesn't really matter what arrow configuration is used as long as this mod gets done. No matter what arrow combination is made, it will never statisfy everyone. I just can't wait for this mod to be completed with any logical arrow configuration.

    What has happened to this mod idea? Is there a possibility of this mod getting completed or has it just been dropped? I would like to know because I was looking forward to implementing this mod in my cities. I think it would give my avenues a more realistic look and function.

    Maybe you could include a ring of effectiveness so that we could figure out how many cell phone towers will be needed in order for theoretical full cell phone coverage. Just another idea.
