Thumbnails for imported assets?
Aragorn replied to MNBug's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
I have the same problem. Some mods have the thumbnail but majority does not. Does anyone know what happens if i remove the mod and the building is inside the city? -

Cities Skylines review: This is the SimCity you were looking for

Can't wait for this game to come out!!!!! 2h 12min and counting! -
We all saw this coming. The quality of Maxis games dropped rapidly from the last SC4, main programmers left and Maxis was reduced to creating content for Sims. Cities Skylines looks good so far. It's promising.

I'm confident that this is THE SC4 successor.

Aragorn replied to Mav12's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
COLOGNE, GERMANY — 14 August 2014 — Paradox Interactive revealed at Gamescom today an all-new city-building simulation game, Cities: Skylines, which will be coming to Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs in 2015. Developed by Colossal Order, the simulation virtuosos behind the Cities in Motion series, Cities: Skylines pulls players out of the public transportation offices and grants them the power of true urban planning and development. Paradox and Colossal Order invite players to create the cities of their dreams in Cities: Skylines, a massive city simulator from the creators of the Cities in Motion series. Vast backdrops and maps provide players with countless ways to improve and expand their cities, building from humble beginnings up to beautiful, cloud-hugging structures and unique architectural marvels. Cities: Skylines will Feature · Designed to Impress: Massive map sizes and deep, detailed design controls allow players to construct the cities of their dreams, running everything from road building and zoning to public services and taxation – and, yes, public transportation · Policy and Progress: Set a series of civic policies to guide the city’s growth; fine-tune the placement and direction of local districts · Local Beautification: Admire the vastness of your city in a polished visual style and manage a living, breathing city, all the way down to realistic water flow in the irrigation systems · The Sky is Not the Limit: Strive to build up a city towards jaw-dropping endgame “wonders,” and then go beyond what is possible with built-in game modding tools For more information on Cities: Skylines, visit www.citiesskylines.com And play offline!!! Of course you can run this game. They made it for 5+ old PCs. That's why the maps are so small and the graphics suck. One more thing, don't buy the game.

@Duvad You are talking about the graphics and how great they are compared to 10 year old game.

Completely agree with the first comment. One hour was more than enough to see the potential and quality of the game and it's bad. Surely there are some nice things, but the size of the map and overall restrictions are killing the game. Even if they had 10 Ocean Quedley guys they couldn't convince me to buy this game. If we look at it from a different, new perspective, as a stand alone game, it is not bad. Nice little Facebook like game to play and share with your "friends". Can't play CXL because of lag, can't play new SC5 because it's boring, guess i'm gonna go back to SC4

Been playing CX2012 for some time now. I wanted to show you what i created in my city. Focus hasn't made any upgrades to the game regarding performance issues, so we are stuck with one CPU core usage Other things in this version are new buildings and ability to make big beach and ski resorts.
