Hi. I would like to know how to get the BRF Slope Mod to work. I have it in my plugins folder but it doesn't seem to be working.

That sounds good. If you can provide a link i'll have a look.

Thanks. I was almost there I just needed to find the apps folder you mentioned. I patched it and it worked. Thank You both for your help. The Game works fine now

I ran the 4GB patch but I couldn't see the .exe file in the SimCity install directory, and I have no idea where else it could be. I'm running the Steam Edition if that has anything to do with it.

I had to reset my laptop back to factory settings, so I lost all that, but had it saved on my external hard drive. I installed NAM39 before I added all the plugins I used to have. I deleted all the plug ins, removed all the files related to SC4 and unstalled and reinstalled the game, to no avail. As for the 4GB patch, I've never seen that before so I didn't know I needed it.

Well I have encountered a slight problem, and it's with interchanges made for 3 lane highways on 2 lane highways, which very obviously look out of place.

Now before I begin, Thank You to all the person who helped me figure out how to turn on the Maxis Highway Override (Sorry I don't remember your name). Now I have watched youtuber Dwyrin's videos on Creating a Metropolis. Obviously he used The Maxis Highway Override, and it was his video in that series where I first saw it in action/ Those of you who commented on my last post would know the video i'm referring to, where he spends most of his time building a highway network. Now I would like to learn how to build highways in the same way he did, but I am not sure where to find all the pieces. Now I am aware there are plenty of resources on how to do it, but I haven't found any of them to be particularly helpful, so I was wondering if anybody could provide me with a link to a video or a document with pictures on how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that. I didn't have the NAM installer, so I went and downloaded it again and did a custom install. I didn't realize there were so many options. I can now see 2 lane highways in my highway menu
-
Thanks for confirming that. The problem I can think of is those components were never installed. I am wondering if the best course of action is to remove NAM and do a custo.m reinstall
-
OK, I did that and here's what it says: RHD 2017 Sep 03, `10:19:23 (UTC) Is that the most current version?

Thanks for that. So what you're saying is it's part of NAM? I have NAM installed and I don't see it in my highway list, which would mean I don't have it installed. So I guess I would have to remove NAM and do a custom reinstall selecting the components I want right? or is it possible that there is a third party mod that will allow me to add it? Thank You

I'll try to explain myself better. I assume that most people know a certain youtuber who goes by the name of Dwyrin. Now I notice that he uses alot of mods, and obviously NAM is one of them due to his extensive use of RHW, as well as a mod which turns the highway color from grey to black, which I also have installed in my plugins folder, and I have also noticed that he uses a one-way ramp piece to create custom interchanges, and in his case he seems to only do this with avenues. As well as wanting to know where the piece for these custom ramps can be found, I also notice his highways have only 2 lanes, and he is able to drag them out wherever he pleases like you would a standard SC4 highway, and watching the video which I will link below so you can get a visual representation of what I mean. Now I have been informed that this can be found in the highway menu, but I have looked there and all I see is the standard 3-lane draggable highway, which doesn't interface with the custom interchange pieces. Am I missing something here?

OK, How do I find out what version of NAM I have? And would it be best for me to remove NAM and and do a new custom install? The one I want is the one that doesn't turn the texture to concrete. I would prefer to keep it black as I have just added the mod which turns them from grey to black. I saw in image with the concrete restructure and honestly it looked ugly to me. So where do I find the first mod you mentioned?
