Jamescookietox

Hi was looking to see if anyone could help, been having problems when running Orion, Akar and Udon, I can't bulldoze any roads and they seem to have sunk into the ground. Also the cursor isn't functioning right which makes laying roads and placing building very awkward. Any help would be much appreciated. I have attached a photo of my simcity data folder.
