The sheer amount of issues make the game unplayable for me. I'd probably buy it after all of these issues were fixed.

On my Windows 7 PC, simply only allowing Simcity 4 to run on a single core has stopped all crashes. SC4 is installed in the x86 file. However, my account has admin privileges. (Note: Setting SimCity to run on core 0 causes it to crash, other cores work fine.)

Same here. I can get up to around $33,000 profit from the basic casino but you need around $52,000 to unlock the gambling HQ and more casinos. I don't know if it's just because I haven't built out the rest of my region or what. And the "gambling advisor" is USELESS. Doesn't tell me anything or guide me at all. Remember when advisors used to actually help.... ugh. Sewage Advisor: "SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT IS FULL FIX IT NAO" Sweage capacity used: 177/250 Advisor, you are bad. Best way to get lots of tourists into a casino is to put it next to a train station.

The tourists have bad AI, like everything in this game. I tried dabbling in tourism once, the traffic killed my city.
