  1. Any chance to install mods manually from GitHub? For example this one: https://github.com/CBeTHaX/Skylines-Traffic-Manager/ I've tried downloading and putting the folder into all different mods folders in Cities Skylines yet I don't seem to get it right since it's not showing ingame.
