  1. That's strange because I on the other hand find the garbage collection much more effective then before. Mind you before for me is patch 4 as I stopped playing for a while and just came back to simcity 2 days ago. But still in a new region/city that I created after upgrading to 7.3 I manage to collect 5500 tons of recyclable and 670 of incinerable garbage per day with only 2 trucs for incinerable and 4 for recyclable. Before I would have needed many more of the recyclable ones for that much garbage to collect. Maybe that's the trick, like with bus stops if you add too many it confuses the AI and makes trafic worse(congo lines and so on). Mind you that doesn't mean that there's no bug, I mean if having more than x trucks breaks the AI than it's definitively a but and want it fixed too. I just meant that it seems possible now to collect more garbage with less trucks and that maybe it could solve your problem.

    I have the same problem, while my city had a community college, no problem I had 100% enrollement every day, as soon as I changed my college for a university i began to have fluctuating enrollement. It's never the same number from one day to the other even with a stable population. The only thing that holds true every day is that I don't have 100% attendance no matter what. It even seems to be decreasing. I then decided to add a high school thinking that some students maybe couldn't go to uni due to traffic even though I don't have much of it and a lot of pulic transportation. It helped stop the lowering of the education and teck level (yeah shouldn't have anything to do with that one and still ...)but did nothing for the attendance. So I watched the day for 3 ingame days with yhe education filter on and that's when it becomes even more weird: at the end of the day I have 0 unenrolled agent on my map (the purple ones) and still the game insists I don't have 100% attendance ...
  3. I checked most of them, but the ones that are the more important to me are all those related to trafic. Also I was thinking last night while playing that it would be good to have the "rush hour" on an extended period of time. What I mean is : Right now at 6 am and pm 100% of your workers are released causing a massive traffic jam. Why not release in 3 waves, one at 4, one at 6 and one at 8 ? they could be all 33% of the workers or even 25% 50% 25 % to keep a 6 am/pm "rush hour" feeling. It has a lot of advantages. Enough thime between each wave for the previous one to have cleared the roads and reached their destination so traffic should be easier to manage. The smaller workplaces will probably be full at the end of the first or second wave so workers of the next waves won't go there uselessly. Also it would be good to make sure that school times (from elemntary to uni) are all different from working/shopping times.
