The Water Pipe Maintenance lot adds a new sense of realism to your city. When water pipes get damaged in real life, new pipes aren't dragged out with a cursor; construction equipment is brought out to dig a hole and fix the pipe. Unfortunately, this lot is mostly just for looks, but it generates a small amount of water as backup water for when the pipes are being replaced. This lot has been transit enabled for water pipes, so place it over water pipes and they'll run right through the lot. Plop cost is $500 (to pay for maintinence costs) and 500 is the amount of water generated, too. We hope you enjoy this lot!
