  1. Foundation

Foundation is a new medieval city builder that has just achieved full funding over at Kickstarter.
  2. Well the game looks great & the music is gorgeous, exactly the type of game I love, but it appears to be a steam game which I dislike immensely, please tell me there will be other options?
  3. Banished

They were thinking profit & quick turn over, whereas Shining Rock were looking to offer quality & originality.

I purchased it to support the creator, unfortunately my ancient laptop is struggling with it. I have no sound & it's very jerky, looks like a new puter is on the cards finally!

I'm sure this discussion will pick up once the buzz catches on, I've been watching the "Lets Play" vids on You tube in anticipation of tomorrows release. It sure looks good & the maps are huge!
  7. CiM 2 released

I don't care whether you understand my reasons, do you not get the fact I do not like Steam & refuse to use it & nothing you say or do will change this, now just get back to worshipping your shrine of the steam gods.
  8. CiM 2 released

A terrible excuse to boycott games. Steam isn't about making games work, so it's a non-sequitur. Sorry, do I need your approval to dislike steam or something? Should I submit an application form somewhere to the almighty Motina to dislike steam? If you wish your purchases/rentals to be controlled by a middleman, go right ahead. By the way, I know it isn't about making games work, point is, it has absolutely no purpose to exist other than to control gamers.
  9. CiM 2 released

Seriously? Absolutely, games worked perfectly fine without Steam, don like it, won't use it, thats my choice
  10. CiM 2 released

Was just about to buy this only to find it is Steam only, no sale!
  11. Discussion about City Tile Size

LOL thanks so much for that, thats brilliant, I needed a good laugh
  12. That's exactly how I feel about SimCity 2013 (Toytown Edition) You would have to be batshit crazy to give them any money for a game you can't even save on your own machine & not allowed to play it where & when you want!
  13. The OP doesn't come across as a satisfied customer to me, his exaggerated excitement comes across like a sales rep desperate to make a sale or perhaps he works for The EA Department Of Damage & Limitations?
  14. This says it all really http://www.jonathancresswell.co.uk/2013/03/review-simcity/
  15. I have no intention of paying all that money to rent Simcity Toytown & to also have that spyware known as Origin installed onto my computer.
