  1. guide For the Eager, Yet Overwhelmed Newcomer

    Thanks! I managed to get it to do what I needed it to. It was actually quite straightforward in a roundabout sort of way. While I have the attention of someone who knows what they're doing, I have one other problem - you probably already know it's the commute time abandonment problem. I recall a couple of dead computers ago I'd managed to install something that increased network speeds such that people were willing to travel more than a mile to a job before deciding to skip town. Was this part of the NAM? It doesn't appear to be any more and I can't find such a mod elsewhere. I love simcity but sometimes it makes me make frowny faces Thanks!     I hate to waste anyone's time but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a simple (or not-so-simple) tool that will allow me to alter the attributes of a lot - that is, not change its appearance or create a new one, but change the number of jobs, capacity, pollution etc of an existing lot. Can anyone kindly point me in the right direction?
