  1. NAM General Support

hmm... you sure? Then I guess I have to find out where/what I have.. thanks anyway
  2. NAM General Support

I was wondering if there is a dependency I am missing for the GLR stations that come with the NAM. I have installed the NAM and all the stations work fine, except that I get the big brown box for the 'tram' station. could anyone link me to the download file?
  3. I wonder how you can even make that statement because nothing has been released yet that shows us the graphics of Simcity 2013...
  4. does this support left hand drive?
  5. I used the Euro Road Texture mod. I have since re-installed the mod, and took good care to see if I missed the left hand drive box with the first install. It appears I did. I will check if it resolved the problems in-game. checked. everything is resolved and is working perfectly.
  6. hmm, I'll check that. the thing that got me wondering is, because if you look closely you can see it on the road at the factory, that there is a turning lane for left hand drive, and one for right hand drive in the same road. Maybe a correct install will solve it anyway. Thanks for the posted link to the placement of traffic lights. Much appriciated!
  7. I am playing the UK version of the game, so the cars are driving on the left side of the road. I have installed the NAM and the SAM and enabled the left hand driving in both. However, as you can see in the image below, both the left hand turns and the righthand turns are showing at intersections. (look at left, at the factory.) looking at this one down here, looking at the intersection, you can see the lights are on the wrong side.. just like the roadmarkings on the picture above... my question is, how do I solve this?
  8. 4gb, that shouldn't be the problem.. I'll try rendering it in a new region like Hamish suggested.. Tried it again, it crashes everytime after redenring 21 tiles. My computer is: E6600 4gb memory x1950xt powerful enough to be able to handle the rendering I presume..
  9. I am quite sure I haven't skipped a step. The rendering is doing fine, as a part of the map is already the way it should be. It's just that after like 7 or 8 tiles it crashes.
  10. I downloaded Cape Newenham from this site, and I got the game to render the map all fine.. But during the rendering process the game suddenly crashes to desktop. Is there a way to fix it?
  11. the cd's are perfectly fine, no scratch or anything whatsoever. I don't exactly know what I did, but I installed Daemon Tools, (which is used to mount cd-images), but next thing I know is that it is able to find the cd, and the setup.exe file works perfectly. I really don't understand this. I can understand that if you read this it looks like I pirated the game or something, but I want to assure you that isn't the case. Oh, another thing that could be the case, why it works now, is that I restarted the computer. this was to enable daemon tools to install, but maybe a restart is necessary for the compatibility mode to get activated or something.. meh, I don't know what was the problem. I'm just happy my SimCity works again now.
  12. yea.. I guess the Deluxe version is a little newer then the separate discs that I use. Don't want to buy the game again...
  13. So there is no chance to get it to work? and I found this on this forum: "I've been running Vista ultimate 64 bit edition since release day, i've had no problems, in my opinion it runs better than it did on xp, for me at least anyways" So it should run on x64... But I guess nobody has an idea to fix my problem.. EDIT: This is new. I've tried it again and put in the CD. It won't autorun, so I doubleclick on the cd. Now it acts like I've put in a blank disc. It opens a small window, with the title: "Burn a Disc" and "Prepare this blank disc", it asks me to fill in a Disc Title.
  14. I am having trouble installing the game. When I put the CD in the drive, it will detect it cd, I can explore it, but it wont really recognize it. It will not show the SC4 logo on 'My Computer'. When I manually open the Setup.exe file, nothing happens. When I manually open the Autorun.exe I get this error message: Could not copy 'E:\PROGRA~1\DESKSC~1\Autorun.exe' to 'C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\Autorun.exe' When I click 'OK' I get another error: The specified file was not found. I tried running the setup.exe as administrator, set compatiblity as Windows XP SP2, and Windows 2000. nothing helps. pc specs: E6600 4gb memory 800mhz x1950xt Vista ultimate x64
