    okay, so overall I like this. i have good and not-so-good things to say about it:   - I really like the Prizma signs. it is my favourite part of this lot. - textures, building design, layout, all fine by me. but it is simply too large. I'd prefer a version 10x10 or less - put some stuff on the roof, it looks unfinished - I'd use some timed car props to help give it the open/closed feeling - definitely resolve the lighting issues   this is a good idea. with some modifications, it could be a fantastic idea

    I've actually been on the roof of the Canterra building... has a really nice view of Prince's Island Park and the river valley as the Bow River meanders around the downtown core.... fantastic job on this building!
