  1. Underground Building

    I'm looking for more underground buildings. So far I can only find the Frogface Plaza in the Stex. I think that there is a lot of potential for new city ideas by building underground. Imagine massive underground industrial complexes where only the top of the building is seen. Please let me know if anyone has any buildings they know of that are underground or has anything in design for underground facilities.
  2. Has anyone seen or begun working on a Grand Prix racing construction kit? My idea is to have a Formula 1 Grand Prix track snaking through the city. This would allow for skyscrapers to look out over this tourist attraction and landmark. These pieces can be laid out around the city to create a unique looks. Various supporting pieces would be pit stop areas, observation bleachers to view the track, restaurants overlooking the track, and various parks for spectators to watch. Imagine what it would look like to have a glass skyscraper overlooking a race track?

    I used to make a lot of bats, and I finished some basic parks, such as a typical picnic table pavilion. I have many incomplete bats of large towers that I never finished as I simply ran out of time. I’d be more than happy to share them if anyone would like to finish them.

    Stats are wrong, it only has a capacity of 1,000. Otherwise it works ok.

    There seems to be some kind of glitch. No matter what happens after it is plopped, it cannot be destroyed or deleted. I had to delete a city I had just started to remove it.

    I have addded these to my cities to give a nice mass-transit entry into my park systems. 1 question though, any plans to make a monorail version of these stations? would really like to use a monorail station that looks like this in the game.

    These are great. I use them on my monorail, elevated rail, and elevated highways. I also use them with the "Ground Rail 2 Elevated Rail Transition" from Tropod and the "NDEX RailtoSubway Transition" from Equinox (20)

  10. Modern Metro Station Subway Bus Parking

    Not enough can be said about this lot, it's incrediable. Linking the bus and subways together are a nice touch. Not to mention, my sims love these things. I put them scattered troughout my cities, and suddenly everyone is on mass transit, very little car traffic.

  11. Cobb Luminary Park

    These look great. I used them in combination with Adjacent parking, the waterfront prominade packs, and some other park packs combined with the in game park pack, and made a very awesome central park for my city. This has to be the most original park idea yet. Very impressive.
