I uploaded the save on workshop: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=420856989 The problematic line is the blue one. If you open up the line info you will see the number of vehicles going from 0 to 1 and back to zero instantly.

Τhat's what I immediately tried but nothing changed.Again going from 0 to 1 and back to 1. Also I doubt that it has to do with the number of available buses because this new line scheme I created (2 lines from suburbs to BD ) uses far fewer buses than my previous scheme. Is there a way to upload the save game so you can have a go at it ?

Hello. Yesterday I found a problem while creating bus lines. I designed 3 bus lines, 2 of them move people from the suburbs to the business district and the 3rd one is supposed to pick people up from there and take them to the industrial area. The 2 suburb lines work fine but I noticed that the 3rd one refuses to work.I clicked on it to open up the modify panel and I can see the number of buses moving instantly from 0 to 1 and back to 0 again. Any ideas as to what may be causing it ?

OK the problem was that i did change the filename from UKEnglsh to English.The cars switched sides but the dialogs pop ups were messed up...phrases were missing and some weird symbols were showing instead.So i thought there are 2 different Simcitylocale.dat files one for British version and one for the american.Now i put the game in my other pc (i use winxp instead of vista that i use in the 1st pc) and i did the same changes and it works fine.Its weird i dont know whats wrong with the vista pc...

Yesterday i found the way to chage the side the cars are driving in my city..I did everything explained in this forum, the problem is that i have a European version so it has all the languages but not US-English so when i changed the language in the registry,the cars switched sides but all the dialogs are messed up with weird symbols etc... Im just asking if anybody who owns the american version or can find a folder named Englsh and not UKEnglsh in his simcity 4 folder,could send me the simcitylocale.dat file from the Englsh folder...thx.

Im having the same problem.Not sure if its a bug or not.Ive put some custom content.Some of them work some of them wont show up even if im not missing a dependency.For example the Beijing National Stadium doesnt have a dependncy but still it wont show up when i build it.Also some default parks and recreational places that came with the game wont show up aswell...anybody knows whats wrong ?

i got a pretty opposite question.Is there a way to keep the low settings but have the shadows turned on ? when i switch to medium or high details the shadows are enabled but the game turns really unplayable...

i found this pic yesterday Anyone know how is it possible to get those stadiums? I couldnt find anything on the german site about them...

As far as it doesnt have to do with pc specs there is no traffic sound for me,which is a bad thing sice city life had traffic sounds.looks like a step back in this aspect of the game.I doubt if there could be any sound in the future in forms of patch...i believe the sounds are hardcoded in the game so it would be hard to change...or maybe not who knows...

Anybody can explain what is the ground relief and if i have to pay attention to it or it doesnt affect anything? i see it changes as time goes by...also why the hell when i started the game i could see 3 different spots where i could put my seaport and even though i havent put anything on them now they are gone everytime i look in the tab about seaports ?

Anybody knows how will the GEMS and any other packages like mass transit will work ?I mean i didnt buy PO yet..and im not sure if i wll...but if you do buy PO you can download mass transit and keep it forever in your solo mode even if you dont renew your PO after its over? PS. ANother question...are the highways locked for the basic edition ?if yes is there another way to get them? (PO maybe) if they arent what is the 2 button in the transportation list? it is unclickable and it looks like its the highways button thats why i ask.
