Well, what I would do is become president of Russia, give a speech to all of Europe telling them that I'm going to make a single country all over Europe. Whoever joins me will be part of my army. Then, I would start a war with whatever country didn't join, and I would most likely win. Finally, I'll name the country Edison. The capital is Edison City at the point the Siene River flows into the English Cannel. What would you do? Will you win? Will you lose? And I am NOT threatening China, but I would give China Siberia though.

Of coarse Dubai! It has the tallest, building, and hotel, and everything is modern not like NYC. NYC is too crowded, full of crime, polluted, and ugly (no offense). But, I also vote for Toronto.
