I have a small city around 30k in the beggining it grew quick and had no problems then into 20k my mayor rating plunged yet i have plents of parks, everything has coverage, low pollution, very low taxes, etc it seems im doing everything right. And also problems with my Commercial and industrial growth both in the negatives yet except for dirty industry taxes are ridiculously low and my residential demand is extremely high and ive built so much residential that i have a bunch of no job signs cause no commercial will grow and industy stopped growing and i zoned a huge section for it but now its in the negatives. Since growth stalled cause people leave cause of no job im pissed off so im asking anyone please help me, could it be a mod? This is the second city to do this around 30k it happened i deleted the city and started over thinking it was some bad planning but once again its back and i dunno what to do. Also my game is lagging badly like it never before now i have it in D drive not my main one C which i didnt do before but also i think its the plugins but im not sure.

I would like to request a few houses that have stucco and tile roof like in the picture at the end i want a few one story $$ and a few $$$ two story with garages showing i know it might be alot to ask but would be very much appreciated

The only solution is to build more parks&rec, airports (expensive though), and seaports.i did all of that 6 sea ports one municipal airport, a whole bunch of parks, and i just get jobless residentials and no jobs building. I may sound like i havent built any major cities but i have in a region i used to have 5 cities above 100k, 3 above 200k before i got the new patch i built succesful cities easily. Is that mayor bug from the most recent patch off of simcity if so can i delete it without unistalling the game? Also if it is can i download and older patch.

I usuallytry to make dead end streets especially in my suburbs but i also have avenues running through my city and i have a highway loop in my big cities and an expressway going to downtown and ending there. In bigger cities i put down bus stations but i mostly stick to the american way of using cars/buses/
