Crashes all the time. Just tried to get the weather mod to work and it crashed four times, so I gave up. Game is too old I guess for my computer. Still haven't found a good fix to the problem. -

If I download the UK set of homes and commercial, how do I get those only to grow. I know I can plop all the shops but I can never get the homes to grow, they are the usual crap of generic housing, not the ones I downloaded. So, how I get those to grow? -
I am new to the game and I want to create a European city, wether it be Paris, Rome or London. I hade cities before I the building that develope would not work for these cities. I know I need to download the right stuff from the site but do I have to plop my whole city or can I make my Euro buidlings grow instead of teh default ones? Also any general tips on this would be much appriciated. Thanks
