    Of course GMAX can be use for SC4 as long as you have BAT(Building architecture) in order to export the building into the game. Trainz? Well, Im still new in BATting. How many peoples playing trainz than SC4?

I got 3.8/4 GPA!!!! for my course, diploma in ship design! =D I just thought would be great to share with everyone here in Simtropolis.com Salam! Hye! So, yes, this is my FIFTH Building / Lot ! It is an Residential Building that suits the suburban or urban made by me. Yes! It has No Dependacies! You can find it in landmark menu. This time, I include a landmark building, AND RCI PLOPPABLE with R$$ 200 Occupance! Thanks to Everyone For Your Support and Progress. ~NOTES~ Please take notice that I includes nitelite for this building but it does not show up in my sc4 game because I CANT UPDATE my SimCity4 Rush Hour to 1.1.640.0 But I think it will show up if your SimCity4 Deluxe/RushHour is updated to 1.1.640.
